Ordering and Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will be charged once the merchandise has shipped.

We can also invoice on a net 30-day term with approved credit.  If you have an account already established with McArthur, you can be invoiced, but will need to call us via phone to place your order. To be setup with net 30-day terms please complete the Credit Application and call 1-800-356-9168 to place your order.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged to all online purchases. At this time, we are unable to process tax exemptions online. If you are tax exempt, please contact customer service to place your order over the phone: 1-800-356-9168 or email us at sales@mcarthurtowels.com. If you have not worked with us before as a tax exempt customer, we will ask that you send in the tax exemption form for the state that your product is shipping to. Once processed, you will then be setup as a tax exempt customer for all future orders as well.

Returns and Exchanges
A 20% restocking fee applies on all returns due to customer error.  Merchandise must be returned at customer expense.  Defective merchandise due to manufacturer error will be exchanged or refunded if returned within 30 days from the date of shipping. Shortages or defects must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of goods.

To request a return, please call customer service at 1-800-356-9168. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

Samples are available at no charge on items priced under $5.00. We just ask that you cover the freight cost for shipping samples. You can provide your shipping account number or a credit card to pay for the freight. Any sample requests for items over $5.00 are available at end quantity price.
