Being in the towel business, you would think that selling towels would be pretty straight forward, wouldn't you? Oh, but no, no, no, my friend. Let me give you an example:
Caller: Hi. I want to order some towels.
McArthur Towels: Hi! I'd be happy to help you. What kind of towel are you looking for today?
Caller: Um. A white one.
McArthur Towels: Sure. What size towel are you looking for?
Caller: I don't know. I need them for a gym.
McArthur Towels: Great! That helps a lot! Are you looking for them to wipe down equipment or for the showers?
Caller: The locker room.
McArthur Towels: Okay. So it sounds like you want a 24x42 or larger towel.
Caller: Yeah, actually, I think bigger would be better. That sounds a little small to me.
McArthur Towels: I completely understand. We could do a 30x60 for you. Would that be large enough? That's your standard beach towel size.
Caller: Yeah. That sounds good.
McArthur Towels: Great! How many would you like?
Caller: I think 300 would last us a while. How much are they?
McArthur Towels: Well, if you would like them blank, they are this much. If you would like your logo printed on them, I could work up a quote for you quickly.
Caller: I can get my logo on them? Awesome!
The moral of the story: We're here to help you figure out what you need. You don't need to know the ins and outs of the towel business: that's our job. You let us know what you're using the towel for and we can take it from there.
