Recommit Mondays

As I write this it's Friday going into the first weekend of our New Years Resolutions.  Are they quitting smoking? Are they exercise more? Making the gym twice a week?  Not drinking so many beers during the NFL game?

Well I heard some great advice about using Mondays to recommit to your goals.  Here's one blog about it, but I'm sure there are many more. Such great advice, you will find troubles holding to your plan, but reassess and get back at it once a week.  We wish you luck!

Until then, it's easy and don't do anything radical.  Plus if you see your fitness center needs towels, tell them you found this great company in Wisconsin called McArthur Towels.
