T-Print Process
T-Printing offers a vibrant finished product. Our exclusive T-Print process produces high quality printing for smaller sized print surfaces. The ink used to produce a T-Print is water based. The print is applied to the towel with heat and pressure that produces high quality and durability. T-Prints are often requested and recommended for imprinting colored towels.
Screen Print Process
Screen printing is the most versatile of all printing processes. We use water based and plastisol inks, and three types of screen printing presses; the flat-bed, rotary/carousel, and belt printers. Most of our screen printing is done on single and multicolor automated presses, allowing us to print small and extra-large textile items.
Embroidery
Embroidery is the ornamentation of fabric with needlework. This style of embellishing offers the highest standard of quality for customized product. We run several multi-head embroidery machines. Digitizing (design setup) is prepared on-site for efficiency at top quality.
